In addition to our top of the line maintenance service, NYC Beach House offers other services that are beyond comparison, including weekly walkthroughs with a designated house sitter or caretaker. Owners can stay informed every step of the way and be rest assured by our mechanics who are highly knowledgeable in several trades and can address any of your household or construction concerns.

Rates:

$585/full day for non maintenance clients
$575/full day for maintenance clients
$325/half day for non maintenance clients
$300/half day for maintenance clients
$75/hr for maintenance clients
$85/hr - half day minimum for non maintenance clients

We estimate our jobs by man days and materials. Time and material is the surest way to pay the actual cost of your project. With us, you're getting what you pay for!

Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations must be made before the end of the prior business day. If not, it will result in a 2 hour charge per man.
